The Even family is a multi-generational farming family – one of Ra’anana’s long-established families and among the city’s founders – whose roots in the Sharon region go back to the 1930s.

For generations, the family has worked from a deep connection to the land, to agriculture and to the local landscape.

Out of this heritage and a long familiarity with the land and the region, Even Adama was founded as a development company. Today it is led by the fourth generation of the family, continuing the path of the generations before them with contemporary development and planning tools.

From agricultural land to urban development

Over the years, the Even family has been part of the changes the land and the region have gone through – from farming, through rezoning and land enhancement, to the development of residential neighbourhoods and urban spaces.

The experience built up over generations and a deep familiarity with the land are the foundation of Even Adama’s outlook today: to recognise the potential of a place, to plan with a long-term view, and to develop it responsibly for the generations to come.
