About us
Even Adama is a development company active in real estate and investment. The company is owned by the Even family, a multi-generational farming family whose roots in the Sharon region, and in Ra’anana in particular, go back to the 1930s.
The family’s story in Ra’anana began with Moshe and Dina Feffer, who laid the foundations of the family’s farming work. Avigdor and Bruria Even later joined, expanding and developing the farm. The generations that followed carried the family’s work forward, broadening its activities while keeping its bond with the land and the local landscape.
Out of this heritage and a long familiarity with the land, Even Adama was founded as a development company, led today by the fourth generation of the family. It continues the path of earlier generations through real estate initiation, planning and development, guided by the family’s values and a long-term view.

Connected to the Ground – Building the Future
Naturally, alongside agriculture and guided by a worldview that connects people to the land, the family is also active in residential development. Over the years, the family worked lands that were cultivated, managed, and in some cases underwent rezoning processes — from agricultural use to residential and urban development.
Today, Even Adama promotes and manages real estate projects, including both urban renewal initiatives and classical development on land parcels, particularly land that has undergone or is undergoing rezoning from agricultural to residential or other urban uses.
The company operates with a professional, cautious, and transparent approach, working closely with landowners, residents, planning authorities, financial institutions, and development partners. Each project emphasizes responsible planning, partnership, and a long-term perspective.
Even Adama views its development activity as a direct continuation of a long-standing agricultural legacy — one rooted in working with the land, understanding place, and shaping the built environment with respect for both past and future.
