Long-term Rental Housing
At Even Adama, we see long-term rental housing as a commitment that doesn't end when construction is complete. We plan and build our projects for rent from the outset, and continue to own and manage them over time. We maintain the quality of the buildings and shared spaces, look after them professionally, and nurture the living environment and the community that forms there.

47 homes for long-term rent

In Ra'anana's new HaMeah neighbourhood, we are building a residential project of 47 homes in two buildings, designed from the outset for long-term rent.
The project offers a varied mix: 3-room apartments, family apartments in a range of sizes, garden apartments and distinctive penthouses with private pools. Households at different stages of life can find the home that suits them within the same development.
Much more than an apartment
In the design, we placed real emphasis on life outside the apartment and on the spaces where residents meet day to day. The project includes a co-working space, a gym, a children's playroom and a residents' club, alongside further shared spaces that extend the living experience and support an active community life.
A central part of the design is the community garden. We come from a long tradition of connection to the land, so for us the garden is more than a landscape feature. It is a shared space that connects people, families and the environment they live in.
